How to reach us
One email address. We both read it ourselves, there is no help desk in between.
What we help you with
- You cannot get into your account, or you have lost your access.
- Something went wrong with the payment, or you need your invoice.
- Something is broken: a link that goes nowhere, a form that does not do what it should.
- Something in the content is out of date. Send the source along and we will correct it.
- You want to know whether the platform fits your situation before you buy anything.
What we do not help you with
We do not give advice about your own situation. Not because we would rather not, but because we are not allowed to and not able to: we do not know your file, we are not advisers, and an answer that is wrong on one point can cost you dearly. In practice that means:
- Whether you should deregister in the Netherlands, and when.
- What your move means for tax, in the Netherlands or in Norway.
- Whether your residence, your permit or your registration is in order.
- What you should do with your business, your mortgage or your pension.
For that kind of question you need somebody who looks at your papers: a tax adviser, a lawyer, or in Norway a regnskapsfører. What we do is make sure you walk in with the right question, the right documents and a sense of what is at stake. That is usually where the money is saved.
How fast you get an answer
We do not put a deadline on it, because we would not hit it every week. There are two of us, we live in Norway, and we do this between the work and the children. If it takes longer once, we have not forgotten you, we are somewhere without a signal.
Help us help you faster: put the email address you bought with in your message, and for a mistake in the content, the link to the page it is on.
If you cannot get in
Logging in happens on the platform itself, not on this site. Go to the login page and ask for a new link there. If that does not work, email us from the address you bought with.
A lot of questions are already answered on the FAQ page. If you would rather not go looking: just email us, we will not hold it against you.
